Mikhail RUDY - Scriabin - Prometheus

Prometheus, Poem of Fire, is a visionary work in which Scriabin, for the first time ever, include in the score music, light and colours.
Written in 1910, on adventurous unknown domains, the work looked like utopia, given the technical means of the time. It continues to inspire artists of today.

In his new project, Mikhail Rudy collaborates with two extraordinary Viennese visual artists, Arotin & Serghei, in a spectacular contemporary version, true symphony of colours and forms.

Mikhail plays Prometheus, in a rare transcription by Sabaneiev, close to Scriabin (commissioned by Beyeler Foundation in November 2016) and Vers la flamme, indisputably Scriabin’s most prophetic work.
